Both institutional and individual members should be legal entities at all times in their respective countries of practice, and shall show such proof of registration.
There shall also exist an Internship Membership category for individuals. There is no membership fee.
- Membership applications
All applications for membership shall be vetted and endorsed by members at national level in each country or by the SACOD secretariat in countries where membership does not exist or is very minimal or fledgling. The applicants’ portfolios are then submitted to the SACOD Board for assessment and approval.
The SACOD Board is entitled to admit or deny membership to new individuals or institutions by a simple majority decision, but the admission or denial must be recognised by the subsequent AGM at the annual Congress.
